Our Process
Find out a little more about the next steps you need to take to begin your child’s journey with Jubilee Gems.
Register your interest & request a prospectus
Complete the form below to register your interest and we will send you a prospectus to help you with your decision.
Come & visit our Nursery
One of our Senior Leadership Team will be delighted to show you around Jubilee Gems and answer all of your questions. We will give you an application pack along with our current fee schedule, session options and availability. We can also arrange a follow-up visit so that you can see more of our woodland and farm. To arrange a visit, please telephone the nursery manager, Sian, direct on 0118 983 4018.
Follow-up visit & registration
Once you have visited Jubilee Gems, discussed the availability of a place with our team and made the decision to join us, you will be required to complete a registration form for each child.
To secure your place, a payment of £150 (per child) should accompany the registration form. £100 of this fee is a deposit which will be returned to you on your child leaving us, subject to our Terms and Conditions being fulfilled (you will find this in your application pack). The remaining £50 is a non-refundable registration fee.
We will also arrange settling-in sessions for you and your child to come and spend time in their room and meet their Key Person.
Welcome pack & email
You will receive a welcome pack in the post with all the information you will need before your child begins and your Log-in details for the Parent Portal section of our website, where you will find lots of useful information for you as a parent / carer.
Settling-in sessions
These will be arranged between you and the Nursery team. The duration of settling-in sessions will depend on the child as to how many visits are needed before starting Nursery. Typically, the first visit is an hour-long session and this will gradually increase over a period of time just before the child is due to start. This is to ensure your child is comfortable being left, gives you peace of mind and creates a smooth transition.
